Terms of Service
Last updated: October 22, 2026
By playing Omen on Discord or at omen-game.me, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the game.
The service
Omen is an open-beta multiplayer card game. Features may change, break, or reset without notice. Match data and tables may be wiped during the beta.
Accounts
When you launch the Discord Activity, you authorize Omen through Discord. You must follow Discord’s Terms of Service as well as these terms. Do not attempt to bypass Discord’s age or safety rules.
Fair play
- Do not cheat, exploit, or attack the game servers or other players’ clients.
- Do not harass players in table chat or elsewhere in connection with Omen.
- Do not scrape, overload, or reverse engineer the service in a way that harms it.
We may remove seats, ban access, or shut tables when we need to protect the beta.
Your content
Prophet names and short chat messages you send in a table are visible to others at that table. Do not post illegal, abusive, or infringing content. You grant us a limited right to host and display that content as needed to run the game.
Intellectual property
Omen’s code, art, text, and branding belong to their owners. You may not copy or redistribute the game except as allowed by any open-source licenses that ship with the project.
Disclaimer
The game is provided “as is” during beta, without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for lost progress, downtime, or damages arising from use of the service, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Privacy
How we handle information is described in the Privacy Policy.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. The “Last updated” date will change when we publish a revision.
