Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 22, 2026
This policy describes how Omen (“we”, “the game”) handles information when you play through the Discord Activity or at omen-game.me.
What we collect
-
Discord profile data used to seat you at a table: Discord user id, username,
display name, and avatar URL. This comes from Discord when you authorize the Activity
(
identifyscope). - Game data needed to run a match: table codes, seat names, ready state, match state, and short chat lines on a table.
- Technical logs on the game server (for example connection and command audit trails) used to keep the beta running and debug issues.
What we do not do
- We do not sell your personal information.
- We do not run third-party advertising trackers in the game client.
- We do not ask for your Discord password. Login is handled by Discord.
How we use information
To run multiplayer tables, show who is seated, keep match state consistent, resume a seat when you reconnect, and investigate bugs during the open beta.
Storage
Live tables and related server data are stored on our game host. Discord may also process authorization data under Discord’s Privacy Policy. Browser storage on your device may keep a short-lived Discord session token for the Activity and local preferences (for example sound settings).
Sharing
Other players at your table see your prophet name and avatar. We do not share personal data with third parties for marketing. We may disclose information if required by law.
Children
Omen is intended for Discord users who meet Discord’s age requirements. If you believe a child has provided personal information through Omen, contact us and we will delete it when we can.
Changes
We may update this policy as the beta changes. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do.
